Papertrey Ink CASE card

 

I made a new Christmas card by "CASE"-ing (Copy And Selectively Edit) one of my older cards. While I like clean and simple designs, the old card was a bit too simple for me. To change things up, I decided to add a frame for more visual interest and pop up the tree with foam squares.

Once I decided on those changes, the rest of the card fell in place. The card turned into to a vertical format and with the smaller notched layer, the old sentiment wouldn't fit anymore. I found a smaller sentiment from the same stamp set to use instead.
