Art Journal Page - Ukraine

I made this art journal page tonight in honor of the people of Ukraine. I read that their national flower is the sunflower so I put a single beautiful, vibrant flower growing in front of a old, worn brick background.

The background was made with Tim Holtz collage paper, an MFT stencil and various distress sprays.

I wanted to add a punch of bright blue to go with the yellow flower as a nod to the Ukranian flag, so I added a TH crochet die that I sprayed and painted with blue colors.
