PTI "She Blooms" Birthday card

Bottom layer

1. Die cut white cardstock with the Border Bling: Tin Stitch die.
2. Ink blend the cardstock with Distress Oxide Mermaid Lagoon.

Top layer

1. Stamp the girl from the She Blooms set onto watercolor paper. Free hand her dress with watercolor paints for an ombre look.
2. Stamp the top dress layer with Versamark ink and heat emboss with silver powder.
3. Die cut the watercolor paper with the medium die from Love to Layer: Notched.
4. Stamp Happy Birthday sentiment from Fillable Frames 4. Add foam tape to the layer and attach to the bottom layer.

Glue everything onto a white card base. Done!
