Slimline Hippo Birthday

Here's another card featuring a fun Target shaped gift card. This time the gift card is shaped like balloons, so I had to do a hippo floating off into the sunset. I don't know why I think flying critters are so cute, but I do!

I had some die cut grass leftover from making my last card so instead of putting it in the recycling bin, I used it on this card.

Materials used for this project:
MFT Happy Hippos stamps and dies
MFT Adorable Elephants stamp (for the "Happy Birthday")
MFT Grassy Fields dies
Distress Oxide ink pads in Fossilized Amber, Spiced Marmalade, Crackling Campfire and Candied Apple
Versafine Black Onyx ink pad
Memento Tuxedo Black ink pad
Micron 03 black pen (to draw the balloon strings)
Hammermill white cardstock (card base)
Canson Bristol Recycled paper (for the colored stamps)
Recollections green cardstocks
Copics and Castle Arts colored pencils:
    Hippo - W0, W1, W3, Warm Gray Light, Davy's Gray, Charcoal Gray
    Bird - Y11, Y21, Y35, Marigold, Cadmium Orange
