MFT Birthday Card

For the latest MFT Sketch Challenge, the first idea I had was to turn the balloon section into a pool and that is what I did for this card. I thought about doing an alcohol ink background for the water, but then realized I haven't played with my ink sprays in awhile. I love how quick and easy a sprayed background is!

Materials used for this project:
MFT Drink Up the Sunshine stamps and dies
MFT Happy Birthday background stamp
MFT Sweet Birthday Wishes stamp (for the sentiment)
Copic markers V01, V12, V15, V17, E000, E00, E11, E35
Castle Arts colored pencils in Lavender, Golden Yellow, Burnt Umber, Raw Umber, Teal Green Light and Cobalt Turquoise Green
Jane Davenport Inkredible in Mermaid Tail and Hydrangea
Signo Uniball UM-153 pen in white (for the dots on the pool float)

I am entering this project in the following challenges:
MFT Sketch Challenge #543
MFT Color Challenge #166
AAA Birthday Challenge #25
