Farewell Birdie Brown
This card is a sendoff to Yoshie Nakagaki, the illustrator of Birdie Brown stamps for MFT. I read on the MFT blog earlier this week that she is stepping away from illustrating stamps. I'm sad for our loss but wish her the very best!
I colored the girl with Copic markers and Polychromos pencils while the ground is done with watercolor paints. I also got to break out my new MFT City Block background stamp and I love it! The background pairs perfectly with this stamp set.
